Three siblings who tell the truth for a living.
Beyond the Script is a brother and two sisters. Miya trains, Mackenzie recruits, Taylor steers. We didn't inherit this firm; we chose it, together, as adults. Which means every day we do professionally what most families avoid at Thanksgiving: tell each other the truth with something at stake.
We align around what matters most.
None of these words came from a branding exercise. They came from losing our mom, and from the question a sudden loss leaves behind: if this is one life, what is it actually for? We built the firm so that question is allowed in the room. Turns out it's the same question lurking beneath every stalled deal, every mis-hire, and every rep going through the motions.
We sell honesty. We practice it where it's hardest.
Plenty of firms preach candor to their clients. Try practicing it with your siblings, with revenue on the line, every day. We've had every conversation we ask sales teams to have: feedback that stings, roles that change, seasons where one of us carries more. None of it from a textbook. When a founder or a rep gets real with us, it works because real talk is how this firm already runs. A few family businesses have asked us to teach them the same muscle. We do that quietly, by request.
